[00:00:27] Kim: [00:00:27] Our very first episode,
[00:00:32] Donyetta: [00:00:32] it took a
[00:00:33] Kim: [00:00:33] whole lot. Yeah. Y’all don’t even want to know
[00:00:36] Donyetta: [00:00:36] behind the scenes set up in the microphones when word
[00:00:39] Kim: [00:00:39] I’m sleepy. Yeah. We were trying to bring you. And experience. So we decided to start a podcast together.
[00:00:50] Donyetta: [00:00:50] Yeah,
[00:00:51] Kim: [00:00:51] because Donyetta was on my show, the runway podcast about a month or so ago. And we got such great feedback on that [00:01:00] episode.
[00:01:00] Everyone’s calling us the twins late twins,
[00:01:03] Donyetta: [00:01:03] asking if we were related.
[00:01:04] Kim: [00:01:04] Yes. Ask them if we were related and. Someone even said that your mother had another child and I didn’t know about
[00:01:11] Donyetta: [00:01:11] now.
[00:01:12] Kim: [00:01:12] It’s just the eyes and the cheekbones. That’s all. It is.
[00:01:14] Donyetta: [00:01:14] Even one of my friends from college sent me a message. It’s like, yep.
[00:01:19] Kim: [00:01:19] That’s that’s that good? Those good black jeans right there. You know, you can’t buy that.
[00:01:25] Donyetta: [00:01:25] I don’t know what that was, but it was cute.
[00:01:27] Kim: [00:01:27] Yeah. So tell us a little bit about Daniela.
[00:01:33] Donyetta: [00:01:33] Full
[00:01:33] Kim: [00:01:33] government name? No.
[00:01:34] Donyetta: [00:01:34] Okay. Done. Yada. That’s all. You’re going to get Donyetta. I am a 39 year old from Alabama, but I reside in Atlanta. I’ve been here 13 years living my fabulous life. Um, I know Kim through running, so yeah, that’s how we got acquainted. And then we just started talking to realize how silly we were and it just, it just vibe very well.
[00:01:57] So let’s see. I love to run. I love [00:02:00] to read, I used to love to take naps, but I don’t really have much time to do that anymore.
[00:02:05] Kim: [00:02:05] Um,
[00:02:05] Donyetta: [00:02:05] yes, they travel.
[00:02:07] Kim: [00:02:07] Listen, we both love to travel.
[00:02:09] Donyetta: [00:02:09] So this all COVID experiences as us shook, shook, it shook us to the core.
[00:02:17] That’s the end. That’s all I can think of to tell y’all right now, Allah dug into my business a little bit later, but not too much.
[00:02:24] Kim: [00:02:24] So I’m. Kim also known as straight cam on Instagram. And I am 39 years old as well, 1981 in the house. And I’m a mom, mom of two boys. I have a 14 year old son and a six year old son and they are giving me gray hairs.
[00:02:46] Look them bad boys down on the, I can see them. And I’m originally from the Bronx New York. Um, Still in New York. I live out in the burbs now in long Island, but you know, born and [00:03:00] bred new Yorker. Um, I’m a runner.
[00:03:04] Donyetta: [00:03:04] Oh. And we’re in Atlanta right now.
[00:03:06] Kim: [00:03:06] Yes, we’re in Atlanta
[00:03:07] Donyetta: [00:03:07] was visiting her parents. And so that’s how we made this magic work.
[00:03:11] Kim: [00:03:11] So I come back and forth here and there, you know, to see the parentals and hang out with my girl and, you know, just have a little fun. So you’ll get to know us more as. This show goes on and
[00:03:27] Donyetta: [00:03:27] let me see.
[00:03:28] Kim: [00:03:28] We are hot ass mess boy.
[00:03:30] Donyetta: [00:03:30] Literally I’m hot. Like this ring light
[00:03:33] Kim: [00:03:33] green light is his life. And what
[00:03:36] Donyetta: [00:03:36] Val did. I have all the stops. Y’all can’t see them, but I got like thick socks
[00:03:41] Kim: [00:03:41] and my momma don’t cut the temp below 79. So,
[00:03:46] Donyetta: [00:03:46] and we’re mentoring it per second.
[00:03:48] Kim: [00:03:48] Let me get my glass over here.
[00:03:52] Donyetta: [00:03:52] It’s a little chill.
[00:03:53] So that’s a help.
[00:03:55] Kim: [00:03:55] We, we were going to get the wine glasses. Yeah.
[00:04:01] [00:04:00] That’s what I have with that. So let’s see, but yeah, we are. We’re going to do our best to put out an episode once a week. And the show is just going to be about everyday topics, things that are going on in today’s world. Things that are going on in our world
[00:04:20] Donyetta: [00:04:20] is we’re runners, but the show is not running related.
[00:04:23] This is more life. And just the way we talked, because I don’t know why we left so much. And then other people started laughing it’s contagious. And so, yeah. Y’all can just,
[00:04:33] Kim: [00:04:33] yeah. So the show is just going to be like things that we can’t say that we don’t say like on Instagram or in a tweet or a Facebook, so we’re going to be keeping it all the way real.
[00:04:42] And we say that we are what. Back on our bullshit back on our bullshit. We stay on our bullshit,
[00:04:50] Donyetta: [00:04:50] Instagram and Facebook. And why are we saying it now?
[00:04:53] Kim: [00:04:53] Because it’s a podcast podcast and like no filter filter free. You say whatever you want, you do whatever you want.
[00:05:00] [00:05:00] Donyetta: [00:05:00] You should have like. Some pseudo names and like ski mask on, then we all out here under the ring light in these streets,
[00:05:07] Kim: [00:05:07] don’t be sending this to us.
[00:05:08] Okay. Just don’t be a snitch
[00:05:12] Donyetta: [00:05:12] and they just get stitches.
[00:05:15] Kim: [00:05:15] All right. So that’s our quickie intro episode, too late twins experience. Are we saying late twins led twins
[00:05:22] Donyetta: [00:05:22] from Alabama? Let me think how I would say it. If you didn’t just ask me look twins, like love. Like I would probably say it like LA. LA LA
[00:05:34] Kim: [00:05:34] If you’re French. If you’re a Haitian hit us up and let us know how we say it. Like we’re going with Le twins, Le Twins Experience. That’s the name of the show? [00:05:54] Get us notice. And you know,

Now on Twitter, the name was a little too long, so it’s @LeTwinsExp abbreviation, but I typed it in and they were like, it’s 15 characters.
[00:06:16] So yeah,
[00:06:17] Kim: [00:06:17] we might change that, but that’s what it is for now. All right. So we will check you guys on the next episode later.
